Kim Tho Hotel - Can Tho

Great location, right on the river bank. Rich breakfast with a good variety of foods. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even arranged a private Sampan for our tour to the Cai Rang floating market. The room was very large, comfortable, and clean. Easy access to the night market and other attractions in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Can Tho central.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location is excellent, with easy access to boat stops for tours and nearby restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, though their English skills may be limited.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Can Tho. The first thing that impressed me was the friendly and attentive staff. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the boat stop and local attractions. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Our family had an amazing experience at this hotel located in the heart of the city. We enjoyed the proximity to the Cai Rang floating market on the outskirts of the city, and the night market. the hotel's location, right at the Mekong river, offered a breathtaking view from our room. the room and bathroom were pristine, and the impeccable service made us feel at home. We savored the delectable breakfast buffet and appreciated the friendly staff. Other facilities such as the rooftop coffee bar and sun deck were a great bonus.

The staff at check-in could be more courteous.

Rooms were basic and tired, in need of renovation. Some of the sockets were hard to reach, and the bed was uncomfortably hard.

The hotel was conveniently located near a bustling area, with many great restaurant options nearby, and there was also a beautiful view of the river from the room. the WiFi was reliable both in the room and restaurant.

The hotel was lacking in certain amenities that would have made the stay more enjoyable. There was no safe in the room, so we had to constantly go to reception to store important documents.

During our recent stay, we were impressed with the really good service and attention to detail at Kim Tho Hotel. The staff were really nice too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even arranged to pre-pack our breakfast when we had an early flight to catch. We were delighted to receive complimentary fruits daily, a thoughtful touch. Although there was a language barrier at times, the staff still made every effort to understand our needs and assist us. Despite a minor inconvenience with the water heater, the hotel quickly resolved the issue by moving us to a smaller room. The location of the hotel was excellent, and we enjoyed the lovely rooftop bar with its amazing view. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we expected. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Kim Tho Hotel and would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Can Tho.
